Refund policy

30 day returns

Not sure it's right for you? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. It just needs to be clean, in its original packaging and have all its accessories.

For hygiene reasons, the Velora Calm eye massager can only be returned for change of mind if it's unopened and still sealed. This also applies to Velora Calm when it's part of a bundle.

To start a return, email us at matthewvelora@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return details. Return shipping for change of mind returns is paid by the customer.

1 year warranty

Every Velora product is covered for 12 months from delivery against faults in materials and workmanship. If something stops working as it should, contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

Our returns and warranty are in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. You're also entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault, isn't as described or isn't fit for purpose.
