This website is operated by Velora, based in Melbourne, Australia. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund. Free gifts and promotional offers are available while stocks last and can be withdrawn at any time.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We can decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there, including Afterpay. Afterpay purchases are also subject to Afterpay's own terms.

Shipping

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange if you change your mind, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. Full details are in our Refund policy.

Warranty

Every Velora massager comes with a 1 year warranty against faults. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Using our products safely

Velora products are for general wellness and relaxation. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Follow the instructions supplied with your product. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury or an implanted device, speak to a health professional before use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.
