We ship Australia wide from Melbourne.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. Express shipping is $15 and can be selected at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer for regional and remote areas or during busy periods.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Wrong address or missing parcel

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, or your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us at matthewvelora@gmail.com with your order number and we will help sort it out.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
